2.Refunds

All Digital Products besides the Masterclass are non-refundable. All Memberships, since they include digital products (Range Master Room, Range Discord Community), consultations (1-1 calls) and services are also non-refundable.

 

3.Trading Masterclass Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a refund policy that allows you to request a refund if you feel that the Masterclass did not meet your expectations. Below are the conditions and steps to follow to request a refund.

Refund Request Period:
You have a 6-month period from the date of purchase of the Masterclass to request a refund. The request must be made within this period to be considered valid.

Demonstration of Commitment
Before being able to proceed with the refund request, you must demonstrate your commitment to learning and applying the concepts taught during the Masterclass. This entails providing tangible evidence of your commitment, such as documentation of practice, trading examples, or recordings of your activities.

 

Personal 1-1 Calls
Once you have demonstrated your commitment, you will be offered three (3) personal 1-1 calls with one of our experienced instructors. These calls are intended to provide you with additional support and to address any doubts or difficulties you may encounter in applying the taught concepts.

 

Post-Call Evaluation
After completing the three personal 1-1 calls, we will assess your progress and your level of proficiency in applying the Masterclass concepts. If, despite our support and your dedication, you continue to experience significant issues, you will be eligible to request a refund.

 

Refund Request
To request a refund, you will need to fill out a request form and provide all evidence of your commitment, including details about the 1-1 calls and any other relevant documentation. Once we receive the request, we will carefully review it.

Important Note:
If you cannot demonstrate that you have practiced and applied the taught concepts, you will not be eligible for a refund. Providing tangible evidence of your commitment and practice is essential.

 

Refund Evaluation Process
Your refund request will be evaluated by a dedicated Trading University team, which will carefully examine all the evidence provided. Once the request is approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
